Delivery Charges: (One location for each order)

  • HK Island, Kowloon, and New Territories (except Tung Chung, Airport, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan):
    • Orders over $1200 will enjoy FREE SHIPPING.
    • Orders under $1200, delivery fee is $100 per order.
  • Tung Chung, Airport, Discovery Bay, and Ma Wan:
    • Orders over $1500 will enjoy FEE SHIPPING.
    • Orders under $1500, delivery fee is $100 per order.

Delivery Hours are: 9 am to 6 pm daily and NO DELIVERY SERVICES on SUNDAYS AND PUBLIC HOLIDAYS. We need at least a 4-hour delivery window or an appointed time delivery charge is needed. The delivery Route is as follows.

Terms and Conditions:

  • Delivery will be carried out subject to the road conditions.
  • Silene Wine Shop reserves all rights of final decision when a dispute arises.

Cut-off Time:

Normally, orders can be delivered within 3 working days (if stock is available and no pre-order items are included) after your time of purchase with the order cut-off time at 2:00 pm. However, that may be affected by seasonal or other factors, as such, please confirm with our staff if you need your delivery urgently.

Additional Charges:

In some cases, we may charge a re-delivery fee if the delivery cannot be made due to the recipient being unavailable or having no access to a building. Additionally, any requests to change the delivery location on the same day as a previously arranged delivery may incur an additional charge.
