Arnaud Baillot
The domaine was founded by Arnaud Baillot, who comes from a family with deep roots in Burgundy's winemaking tradition. Arnaud runs the estate alongside his wife, Laure Baillot, who is the granddaughter of the renowned Burgundy producer Domaine Hudelot-Noëllat. Together, they bring a blend of heritage, expertise, and passion to their work, emphasizing both tradition and innovation. The domaine sources grapes from carefully selected vineyards across prestigious appellations in Côte de Beaune, Côte de Nuits, and Chablis. They focus on crafting wines from the classic Burgundian grape varieties, Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, with a philosophy centered on low-intervention winemaking and sustainable viticulture. This approach allows them to produce wines that are not only expressive of their origin but also marked by finesse and balance.
