Exchange & Refund

Customers are advised to inspect the products immediately upon receipt for any defects or damages. Any claims must be reported to our customer service hotline, via email, or through our webchat at the time of delivery. Failure to do so may result in us declining your claim post-delivery.

  • Only faulty products are eligible for exchange or refund.
  • The recipient must assess the condition of all received items, including glassware and accessories, during delivery.
  • No returns are accepted for glassware or accessories once the recipient has acknowledged receiving the goods.
  • Refunds require a valid original receipt, and the refund policy is applicable only to wines or champagnes under HK$750 (per bottle) and less than 10 years old.
  • Returns must be initiated within 28 days of receiving the products.
  • Refunds will be processed to the customer's credit card account within 4 weeks upon confirmation.
