Château Pudris, l'Oiseau Rare Vin de France, 2021

This deep red wine with purple reflections reveals a subtle nose of spices, miso, and soy sauce, along with hints of leather, musk, and floral notes. On the palate, it offers fresh flavors of tart red fruits, peppermint, and flint. While expressive, the youthful tannins promise to soften with time, leading to a long and aromatic finish.
