The 2022 Domaine Aichoux Blanc de Noir is an elegant organic Cinsault, showing a pale grey-sand hue with a brilliant, atypical appearance. The nose is delicate and complex, revealing aromas of fresh fennel and subtle hints of lavender. On the palate, it is crisp and lively, with vibrant acidity highlighting the varietal character of Cinsault, complemented by notes of lavender, fresh almond, and amandon.
