The 2021 Saint Joseph was fermented with 70% whole clusters and was aged all in demi-muids. It has a pure, elegant, medium-bodied style that's reminiscent of 2008 with its pure, crunchy, yet medium-bodied profile. Shining for its elegance and finesse, it doesn’t have a huge amount of depth, but it’s balanced and has high quality, integrated acidity, and outstanding length.
